2007 - 2009
The building consists of a U-shaped volume supported by a boulevard at the north side of the plot. The rhythm of the façade is the result of different site features: level gradient from 6 to 7 stories, volume singularities of association and corners, as well as a flexible plan distribution.
Most of the apartments are north-south orientation. West front is closed and accesses to garage are added, defining a green courtyard which permits the access to hallways. The groundfloor facing the boulevard is occupied by stores.
