Office and Housing in Bordeaux

Works of refurbishment with the aim of achieving the whole restoration of the building. The final proposal fits the functional and formal needs according to the client’s criteria, having been considered different proposals.

We avoid to touch the pre-existent structure as far as possible, preserving the first floor and creating a new second floor.

The façade is preserved, recuperating the opening which was then sealed. That way, the office gets more natural light.

The walls of the building are cleaned in order to recover the look of stone. Improvements at the roof are also carried out.
