The plot location is closely related to the canal that goes through it and it permits the ground floor to be opened to this outside space, generating retreat spaces highly linked to the artistic needs of the university.
The building general concept is a continuous covering which protects the inner spaces by being completely closed or by opening at certain points to filter the light from the south.
At the side areas, the covering acts the same way. Panels are used in order to allow more or less light to come through, depending on the space.
