Jiangxi Museums

The project emphasizes the concept of time, creating a journey throughout itself, along the ´´passage´´ and above the road, which separates the plots and connects the three buildings. This passage is a two-level corridor, covered and semi-buried, which protects visitors from the extreme weather conditions, adds accesses to the different buildings and public activities and, at the same time, connects the levels kindly, through slopes in the topography.

The passage is designed as a permeable space, opened to transversal flows. This fact generates a tight connection with the city and also allows the access to emergency vehicles.
