The project is planned as the cultural experiential center Suyuan in Luoyand, and it plans the restoration of many sovietic buildings to accommodate spaces of a 5 star hotel, cultural creation, exhibitions, leisure, etc.
The re-structuring of the access street is also planned, with the addition of new uses: exhibition, restaurants and stores.
