This feasibility design for an urban plan is produced by two different (but linked) areas: a commercial axis and a residential island.
The commercial axis is a wide pedestrian and shopping road that crosses the site and follows the river flow to a commercial mall. The axis is sided by hotel towers and loft houses that create a landmark on the shopping area. The public space is designed as several platforms with an organic shape that look to the river. All this space is linked with an easy access. Bridges are added to create links between the residential area, shopping area and nearby sites.
The residential area is placed on the quietest central area. An internal ring with a single entrance connects the housing areas. This scheme creates an internal green area with sport and leisure activities.
